YANOVA currently ships within Australia and New Zealand only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post or trusted local courier services.

Delays and Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, YANOVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. YANOVA is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post.

  • Flat rate: AUD $15 per order
  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from dispatch
  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia within 1–3 business days
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched
  • Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Most NZ orders under NZD $1,000 are not subject to additional import fees.
